Love films? Love books? You've gotta see this one. Using a variety of techniques from miniatures, and computer animation to  2D animation, Moonbot Studios, an animation powerhouse in Shreveport, La., created “The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore,” which was awarded the Oscar® for Best Animated Short Film in the 84th Academy Awards®. It will show Nov. 2, 4 p.m. as the featured film of the PFF - Louisiana Short Films

The 4^th annual Pontchartrain Film Festival moves in 2015 around the lake - from its founding location in Slidell, to the Mandeville Trailhead Depot, 675 Lafitte St. in Mandeville.
